That dip with Clinton has been bragged on by several, giving him credit, but remember the senate and house kept him at bay on a lot of things. That being said, he still gets credit for it.

I'm not saying they all don't suck. As usual, I'm just (again) questioning the crap that comes across the media. People are screaming bloody murder that the national debt has exploded under Obama, and the trend line is flat! How can you be so sure you're listening to truthful people when the numbers say otherwise?
