Help me identify this car radio

I am guessing this might be a ham radio but I don't see any microphone port. Anyone know what this is?

They are doing all sorts of strange things with car radios today. It has the look of one of those "all the bells and whistles" cd players/satellite radio/multi disc changer doodads.

Well for what it's worth it is listed on Ebid nashville as a "bio hazzard" for some reason. All the more intriguing.
