I am a firefighter for rural/metro fire department aircraft rescue at memphis international for fedex. I live in cordova. I recently like this past year bought my first gun, a Glock 22 american Heros edition. I have always loved the glocks just never had the money at the right time until now. I am working on getting my CCW permit.

When i do get the time and money together to buy ammo I like to go to Range USA to work on my shooting. mY inlaws also have some land in MS that I can shoot at too.

I am married to my second and last wife. She is not too fond of the whole gun thing yet but she has gotten better. She is actually allowing me to get my second firearm, a Ruger 10/22 rifle soon.

I found this site after trying to fond info on the Dec. gun show. and decided to join. looks like a good forum. hope to meet more of you around the area.

So are you going to the gun show this weekend? Some of us are trying to get together around 1 at Franks booth.

Welcome to the forum. We will have to go to that property and pop off some rounds from my AK.

Welcome- I live near U of M. My wife and I have 2 Glocks so far- a 19 and a 26 (both 9mm). We got Glocks 'cuz my wife and I can both shoot Glocks well enough. We are closest to Rangemaster on Mendenhall. My wife took the CCW class there and it was 40% women- 12 men, 8 women. She was pretty comfortable in the class.

thanks for all the warm greetings. I was not able to make the gun show. I had to work sunday and do shoping on saturday. I will be watching the range though.
