If we had only known back in the 60's and 70's that some of that crap would be so valuable. I always wonder how many $$$ worth of baseball cards went in my bike spokes!

Nope, I don't have one'a those... My brother used to own one of the original "General Lees" from the show though. The show ended before they got around to destroying it. ( It had never been jumped or otherwise abused too badly. )

I've got pictures of it around here somewhere... I'll have to dig around and see if I can find 'em.

I think I still have a Dukes of Hazzard lunch box in a cabinet somewhere, complete with thermos.

Not as much as you'd think!

A few short years ago I had thousands of dollars worth of cards.

Then along came Ebay. Now, even the rarest of cards are just a click away for only a few bucks ;)

But at the prices from about 10-15 years ago it would have been a lot of money.

I've got an Earnhardt 8X10 that I got autographed back in '99 when he came here for a Sundrop appearance that I could have sold for $300 or $400 if I had sold it just after he died. Now I couldn't get $50 for it. I didn't collect it to sell it and that is the way I am about all of my NASCAR autographs and collectibles. I never expected to sell them.

My point is that timing is everything!
