Ok, just got a Glock 23 Rtf2. Ok. I already drank the koolaid...but, the new rtf2 makes the weapon much more comfortable. it's still the old tried and true 3rd gen guts. I would post pics, but I don't have a digital camera.

Is that what we call Generation 4?

I held a Glock 19 the other day, had 3 letters after the name on the store label, and couldn't make my fingers work in the finger grooves, and I don't have huge hands or anything.

I've held no finger grooved 19's, and they felt fine.

Since that's the Glock I would buy if I ever buy one, I guess there will be no Glock for moi, unless it's an old one.

Precisely my issue, Chief.

I waited on, and successfully jumped on a smoking deal on a Generation 2 G19 just this weekend. No finger grooves. Much more comfortable.

I'm struggling now with the half-moon cut-out on the anterior portion of the grip. Other than that, SFSG.

Thanks for posting, everybody. My brother wants to get a G23, and I've been trying to figure out which type he might like best.
