Korean H&K AR Mags!

Recommended Posts

Just got a few of the Korean H&K clone mags and I gotta say I'm impressed. The fit and finish are beautiful and I can't really tell a difference between the H&K's and these. They haven't been to the range yet, but in dry runs they work well in my MSAR STG E4.

Cope's has them for $6.99 so I figured I couldn't go wrong. I will say that like the H&K mags they are heavy. Quite a bit heavier than my PMags, but I think I kinda like that as opposed to the cheap feeling Al AR mags. I've heard of some folks having BHO issues in AR's but they work fine in my E4 stock. I had a bunch of the G19 mags (when I had a G19) and they were on par with Glock factory mags.

Anyway anyone else have any experience with these?

No but I'm curious. Would you mind fully loading one for a couple weeks and reporting back how it does? My KCI Glock mag springs got considerably weaker after a few weeks fully loaded, however they still function fine. Just curious... FWIW I'm gonna fully load a KCI G19 mag. (just did). And leave it that way for a year along with a 14 year old G19 2nd Gen G19 mag(just did). Hopefully by then I will take up some initiative and be able to post pics. $6.99 a pop, not American made but at least they're our allies.

Compressing the springs shouldn't have any weakening effect. The only thing that should effect the springs is compressing decompressing the spring. I have mine loaded so I'll see.
