You can edit the title. Just have to go to the advanced edit. It's there, I've done it to add "Sold" to a trading post sale or three.

Click edit. Then the "go advanced" and go up to the top and change the title.

I gotta say...I'd try it. The only thing missing is some cheddar cheese. I've yet to find many foods that don't get better after bacon and cheese get thrown on top.
