Well today I did my Target walk

Id rather pay a few bucks more instead of dealing with the idiots at Wal-mart. I really wish Target would carry ammo.

I too am looking forward to the Academy Sports near Hamilton Place. The Evil Empire, whoops, I meant WalMart will never see a penny of my money ever again. So you got no funky stares at Target? That's cool. I have yet to figure out where I will publicly introduce my Glock 21SF. Hopefully mine goes as smoothly as yours did.

i do the ammo walk at academy lol. my reason for hating walmart is they force local mom and pop stores who carry quality goods for a slightly higher price to close down while they sell subpar products for cheaper and pass em off as same quality. they also hate to hire cashiers and waling into a walmart is like a cultural experience and if youre lucky a step back in human intelligence

Well,

On the other side of that argument is living in a small town where everything closes at 6pm and isn't open on Sunday.

I don't like paying twice as much for something I know I can get at WalMart. It's a 30 minute drive each way to the closest one for me.

If you have ever needed to fix a toilet at 3 am or on Sunday, you'll be glad you have a WalMart near by.

But congrats on the walk.

Well, ammo is still cheaper for the most part at Wally's. Only thing I saw about the same or cheaper was some lacquer coated Wolf .223.

Gun prices were pretty darn good at Academy in Hixson, though, judging by the ones I knew about.

Academy and Target forces 'Mom and Pop' stores out of business, too! :shake:
