You, sir, have just blown my mind. I read this and thought to myself, "I love mayo. I love hot sauce! OMG!!!!!" :P

I like to make a little pile of mayo and put the hot sauce in the middle like one does with mashed tators and gravy.

Mustard goes better with more things... but special applications do require some mayo, as far as I am concerned. But still, mustard makes the most difference in taste.

I voted for mustard, but I like mayo also.

Mustard goes wit more stuff and I like just about all kind of mustard.

I even like typing and saying mustard, mustard , mustard.

depends on the application...some need both judiciously applied...some only work with one or the other...example: Hot dog with mayo...ewww NASTY, Hot dog with mustard...add some sour kraut, and YUMMMMM

I voted mustard, but enjoy both of them equally. It just depends on what I'm eating.

And the fact that I've never thought to mix hot sauce with mayo makes me wonder what other great things I've missed out on in life. Thanks, Mike .

I also do not like mayo, I've only recently gotten to the point where I can have it on accident and get through it without gagging...

eggs + oil = disgusting, what's next? ketchup + apple sauce?

Jack

Not to hi-jack the thread but my wife has terrible leg cramps. Tell me about the product your grandmother uses.

BTW if I have to pick one it would be Mustard but they both have their place.

No. That's what she uses. The little packets of simple yellow mustard that equate to a teaspoon, I think. Doesn't have to be ingested straight, but on anything, and quickly. She says the style of mustard hasn't been a factor yet, as long as it has the tumeric. YMMV.
