Hello All. I am new to shooting, and getting to go again today, and have been reading this site since last week when i stopped by East Side Gun Shop, and was directed here by the owner. Thanks. This site has been informative and entertaining. I am content to sit back and listen, but i wanted to say hello

Thanks all. a good day. there was a S & W 9mm, a "Dan wesson" .357 Revolver, a 12 gauge Mossburg, and a 7.62 SKS. I didn't care too much for the 7.62, just didnt feel like a precision piece. It was the first time firing a .357, pretty cool, and i did well. the shotgun was just plain fun. Just a good day of shooting, staying safe and having some fun.

Welcome from the Franklin area, if you (or anyone else here) would like to go shooting at Owl Hollow let me know, I'm always looking for a reason to go.

Hey thanks jcoyle6. I am still in the super beginner stage, still deciding what i want to buy, still trying to convince the wife that guns dont spontaniously go on shooting rampages. If you dont mind taking someone with out their own firearm out to the range, it sounds like fun.
