Actually there was a billing problem with the last phone I bought from them.

Seems someone (not naming names ) forgot to click the little box in the plan options for unlimited net when the phone was ordered online.

So, I ended up getting billed per kb on net usage for two months.

And my other big bill came from text usuage on a SunCom phone I once had.

I racked up 400 bucks(prorated month at that) worth of text on that damn thing.

Good thing my cousin managed the local SunCom and was able to write that off as a billing error because there was no way I would have been able to pay that on an 18 yo's wage.
