Just had our 4th child Sunday morning @ 1027! Little girl weighing 8.13 lbs. couldn't help but remember what the important things in life are and why I do what I do. It also reminded me why I carry.

One - it is my responsibility to provide/protect for my family. As the Bible states "he who does not provide for his family is worse than the infidel." I take that to mean with love, support, finances, instruction, correction, and ...... protection.

Two - My wife and kids need me around to provide number one. Not killed by some no good who would take their future.

Never loose sight of priorities.

Congratulations Man, it takes a real man to be a Dad.

I've got three here and thought I was gonna faint when told of the 3rd, but now I dont know why he wasnt planned to start with. Evidently he was just not by us:)

I do not however have any desire for #4, this is my second time around at this and I am just getting too durn old to keep up.:rolleyes:

She had some adjustments made shortly after birth to make sure. :rolleyes:

Happy for you!

We've got a daughter (9) and a son on the way. He's a scheduled delivery for this Thurs morning (if he doesn't decide to make an early entrance!)

And I have to agree with Sgt. Joe. Any fool with a tool can be a father, but it takes a real man to be a daddy!
