I am looking for modern type stocks or composite stocks to fit on a British 303, and an 8mm Mauser. My dad is giving these to me and I was looking to "modernize" them for deer hunting and such. Thanks for the help guys!

Surplusrifle.com. You will forum-specific areas on Enfield and Mauser. Don't expect to find much on the Enfield, but the choices for a Mauser are endless.

Just my .02 worth, but if the rifles are in original condition, why change them? I have several friends that hunt deer and hogs with milsurps in military configuration and do very well. One friend, who is a native Innipaq (Eskimo), uses nothing but milsurp rifles for all of his subsistence hunting, and he collects at least 3 caribou per week. If you change the rifles, they will lose their collector value.
