Millett DMS scope

I'm pretty sure I'm going to get this for my ar but wanted to see if anyone has any experience with one first. I've read a ton of reviews and most seem to be really good with a few really bad reviews. With it being on sale, the Burris AR-P.E.P.R. mount on sale as well, and a $20 coupon I'm looking at $279 shipped for it all.

I looked at one in a local shop, they're pretty heavy compared to other 1-4x scopes. Might want to see one in person before buying.

I didn't even think about the weight. After just now looking at about 20 different 1-4x or 1.5-4x scopes it seems to be in line with a lot of the others. There were some models down around 9 oz though which is half what this one weighs(18 oz).

I looked at one alongside several others, and it felt about as heavy as most of the 3x9 models I looked at, and about twice as heavy as the 1-4x scopes they had in stock. It may not be a big deal for you.

Otherwise, seemed like a nice scope.

The older models, that are no longer around, had a few issues. All those have been corrected. If you want the same thing from the same factory without the Millet name on it, Primary arms has them for $100 less. I've had two Millets DMS-1 and really liked them. Wish I had known about these. Just get a Super Sniper and be done with it.

No. Only thing close is a 3-9. All their others are fixed power and for a whole different application than the OP asked for.
