Camden's a river in all the streets. Sav-A-Lot has water going in the front door.

I can't wait to see the Harpeth on my trip back to Nashville.

Davidson County, Tennessee (TN) Live Police, Fire, and EMS Scanners on RadioReference.com

South Davidson Co. is flooding badly, they are requesting boat support on Nolensville Road from Edmondson down to bluff road. I know the area and that stream jumps its banks easily with a spring shower. Some folks down there are gonna be hurting.

Take a listen at the link. We won't get to hear a bunch of it as they are opening other channels and moved the command nets there. I heard one chief state he was headed to the "war room".

Can you get that for Hendersonville, too?

For those of you that have Iphones you can download the 5-0 radio app. Memphis made CNN it's pretty bad around. Kinda curious if my house I'm about to buy in North Bartlett has flooding or not lol they said I DIDN'T need flood insurance for it so...

and here go the damn sirens again...

I talked to some family that live just west of Lexington, they said pretty much everything had flooded and shut down. My brother in law's National Guard unit had drill in Jackson, they're stranded there now. They said they expect to be on the national news tonight or tomorrow.

I'm stuck in the motel for the duration. The tracks are flooded and

mudded, evidently, between Memphis and Nashville. Looks like the Derby's going nowhere, too.

What all can you pick up with that app in Shelby County?

I use it to listen to Memphis Police and Shelby Co Sheriff (they are combined). It's pretty interesting and a GREAT thing to help get your average-Joe-in-denial to wake up regarding the amount of crime in Memphis...

Where at? We had a LOT of flooding on the north end of town. Old Brownsville Rd from Eagles Nest to Old Germantown Rd were underwater for a while.

Sounds neat. I know there are a lot of folks who listen to us (Bartlett). You can scan us with just about any 800mhz scanner, I believe. Memphis and Shelby Co use that funky APCO digital system that makes them sound like robots from time to time :)

YES Guys, I love the computer based scanner, the price is sure right.:) Since the theft of my handheld years ago I havent looked at buying another as Jackson PD has also switched to some funky stuff folks cant get, or so I've been told.

If I get really bored I will listen to Memphis, those folks sure STAY busy the cool thing is you can listen all over the country, try Chicago or Detroit sometimes.

I fell out for a few hours to awake and see that we are about to get it again...Our scanner is back Up and you can hear in their voices how tired some of these folks are, they have been at it since very early this AM.

Thank God for our LEO, Fire and Rescue types.

Here is the link again KB4....and no for some reason Bartlett is not included on the Memphis link

Pick your poison from the map.

It looks like were are in for another long night and more tomorrrow.

I did hear the levies at Milington NAS had broke.....Darn that is a lot of water! our sirens ran so long last night and this AM some burnt up !!!

All take care and caution and I will stay on as long as I have power...been lucky so far.

I still have heard of any injuries here but I have been crashed and the local news is just coming on and they are claiming nearly 14" at their station!

And that there is a report of a small car being washed away in rual area, car disapeared and no idea of how many folks were in it. Unconfirmed as of yet but if e get thru all this with no toranados or injuries it will a bit of a miracle.

If the are right about EVEN MORE tomorrow we are really gonna have a mess worse than what we already have.
