Picking up from wherever Mike.357 left when he was trying out sportsjackets, it's that time again. New food choice.

If you had to choose one cheese to last you for all eternity, you would choose _________ ?

*thanks SGT. JOE for the inspiration!

Can't pick just one....picking one says your a lowbrow.

Cheese is the "woman" of the food groups.

Many varieties

Many shapes

Many sizes

Many flavors

Some make you want more

Some will make you back away like they had plague.

And some are Pepper Jack

Bronk, you watching Enterprise on the big screen there?

Looks like the same rock they use for all the Star Trek flicks

You would know, huh? Friggin' nerd.

I saw like 4 or 5 episodes of that one with Scott Blackula or whoever and I swear they were in front of the same rock that James Tiberius Kirk fought the lizard on.

The best part of that show was the intro video of all the ships called Enterprise. After that, meh.

I'm sending my sign off as well for the night.

to get this back on track I will go with American. It is tasty, melts perfectly on a hamburger or in an omelet, and goes great with a piece of bologna on a cracker.

I am waiting for someone to choose Fromunda cheese.

I love all cheese. To choose just one would not be possible. I must agree with Mike that American is the universal cheese. It goes with most anything.

The cheese I find myself actually craving from time to time is Limburger. It's gotten so expensive and rare, I have to plan for it weeks in advance and travel out of town to buy it. You just can't beat a Limburger and onion sandwich.

Limburger, onion, braunschwieger (chicken liver spread ) on cocktail rye bread.

Thats so old school, but still delicious. Back in the day it is what my father and his brothers always took on fishing and camping trips. Goes great with beer.
