I've heard nothing but good things about them. Supposed to be pretty solid and fairly accurate.

I don't have a 91 KFM4, but I do have a plain 'ol 91 F.

The K means it's their carbine version with the 16" barrel. The M4 means it has the M4-style collapsible stock. Also, that particular model has the short tri-rail handguard.

In general, the PTR rifles are very well-made. If you are getting a new one, the cheapest source is likely CDNN. You should be aware that the recent ones that use the T/C barrels are not reliable with some surplus 7.62x51mm, especially tar-sealed ammo, although they usually work well with commercial .308.

Any specific questions?

Blount Countians know where Trigonia is. Home of Big Gulley and the Giant Elm. No specifics right now. I have a deposit on one and have read all the reviews that claim the US made version with H&K tooling are the rats a--. I like the design and the .308 round is as good as it gets.
