Did you get that with the GSSF discount as well?

That GSSF is one hell of a deal not only do you get a great discount but 3 mags are included with the pistol I wish I would have signed up much sooner

Nope, I didn't get it with the GSSF deal, it's for sure the best way to go though...

Ed's seems to have some kind of hook-up with the factory and they seem to be able to get any given model real quick, so FYI...

I did notice the cost went up to $425 now though, think it may still be right around $400 if you call 'em even with 3 mags which is pretty hard to beat.

I may never shoot an actual GSSF match either, but it's totally worth it anyways.

If you are LE, MIL, medical personnel or a holder of a current TN armed guard license you can get Glocks for LE pricing which is either $397 or $399 (I can't remember the exact price). That is for any standard frame, base model Glock. This should be standard pricing or at least it is at a Knoxville area dealer.

I do believe the large frames are a bit more but not really sure because I have never bought a large frame.

Yes, you can also get into the armorers course with a membership which is something I have been wanting to do.

What's funny, and bet you'll probably agree later, although i've never done the course, pretty sure I could run through everything you'd need to know about tearing a Glock down soup to nuts in 15 mins with nothing more than a 3/32" punch or even just a heavy-duty paper-clip... that's really what makes them so ingenious IMO.

Once you know how to do it, detail-stripping, inspecting them, or changing any springs or the connectors takes all of 5 mins if you try to do it SLOW.

In Memphis, G&A are the only ones I know of that do the LE pricing for Glocks. I just called and they want $429 for the base models thru the LE program. I think last time I was there (a month or so ago), they were still under $400. I wonder if Glocks just went up across the board??

Good to know. I guess G&A is good for something!

I've got a OD G17 that came with factory Mepro's, they're out there, the OD's are just less commonplace in general is all.

According to Glock Professional during the Armorer's course at CCA in Knoxville--Meprolight sights are no longer available as a factory option since Kimber bought Meprolight. They said you can still get Glock OEM sights and Trijicons.
