Kudos on your plucky sense of humor, Jack!

I've found there are many here that don't dig plucky.

The original is back in with a heavy duty pull. Now to the process of taking out the firing pin. It is quite cruddy at the back end, and gotta be nasty in the pin channel. And after 10 years, it deserves the treatment. Scary, though, taking all the small parts out of the rear of the slide.

That lighter spring was so dreamy. But I'd rather be alive than making it easy.

Actually, I'd rather be alive taking it easy. That sounds better.

CK1, I found parts cheaper here. They appear to be the same parts. Do you think so?

I posted this (David Olhasso Beretta Parts) as I think emailing a Beretta expert like this guy might be helpful.

For instance, I got a Tanfoglio pistol and thanks to a little help from Henning Walgren (Tanfo-expert) I can now detail strip a Tanfoglio no problem without fear...

Finding someone who's a Beretta fan who might be happy to share some tips to make things right and some valuable insight might save you some guess-work.

Gotcha, now. Thanks.
