but are they posted properly?

the one's I've seen wither weren't posted properly or not at all.

I know Skyline IS properly posted, I'd think the other TriScar hospitals would be or will be soon

All HCA/Tristar hospitals are posted (at the edge of the parking lot none the less) but I have not seen one yet that was correctly posted. Not saying that none are I just have not been to one that was.

I was under the understanding that i could carry anywhere it was not marked . SO then if a hospital has absolutely nothing marking the front door is it legal to carry into the hospital. I was going to the Springfield hospital (I think its stone crest hospital), and I saw no signs anywhere on the door. I was talking to a buddy that was there seeing the same person, and he asked if i took my gun off. I told him no there were no signs on the door. He told me I couldn't carry into any hospital. So if someone can clear this up for me as to the legality of carrying into a hospital that would be awesome. I don't think i would need one in a hospital, but you never know about the parking lots and so on.

Hospitals are no different from any other business as far as posting is concerned.

The three women walking out the door of Park West in Knoxville a week ago probably didn't think so either.

What OhShoot said.

However, the buisness does not need to be posted in order from them to ask you to leave. If they ask you to and you refuse you are still tresspassin. No gun violation but you can still be arrested for it.

I was at Horizon (in Dickson) today and both the building and hospital were posted but neither were done IAW TCA.
