So, any of you .327 fans, Ruger now has a Blackhawk 8 rounder and a GP100 seven rounder, adding to the existing SP101 6 rounder.

Story in American Rifleman, first I've heard of it.

I guess this wasn't big enough news for one of their "countdowns". The new models do indeed show on website.

They were released the same day as the SR9c. Have played with the BH...lot of holes in that cylinder! Needs to be "Hunterized" IMHO to get the most out of the cartridge if it is not to be used as SD - in which case the BH is not. Not sure who they are targeting with that one. Would be a great coyote gun is hunterized.

I saw the article and the i was thinking the same as I_Like_Pie. The first thing i thougth was, that would be a great carbine round. .327 mag lever?

Yap .327 would be a great rifle round in something short and compact. The fast .32's have been tried before in small handguns. Remember the .32 H&R Mag.?
