:D

Not sure if anyone with the TWRA ever looks at this board but I wanted to say THANK YOU for putting some huge rocks in the Mt. View Rd WMA to stop the 4 wheelers from getting back there.

I hope it works, there is no way for them to get around the rocks right now so maybe they'll get the hint!!

They have been turning some of the WMA lands into mud pits, no telling what it's doing to the wildlife.

I have had the 4 wheelers run up on my multiple times when I'm hunting so it'll be nice not to have to worry about that one.

The one on Hamilton Church Rd. the riders have cut back the branches to open the trails and even cut in some new ones, I hope they can block that area as well.

Thanks again!

We had a problem like that here at one of our WMAs. It took 3 years and alot of work between a couple of us hunters and TWRA. Once a couple of us hunters finaly got the bikers "penned" in the area with no place to get out...it was just a matter of a short chase by the game warden and they got caught. One good lesson was learned..."If your going to run at high speed from the game warden's truck, make sure your drive chain does not fly off your 4 wheeler....PRICELESS!!!! Thank You Officer Luper, And Officer Joe Campbell!

I've got nothing against 4 wheelers but some riders are pretty destructive. I totally agree with youall on this. They can do a lot of damage in a short while. I've seen errosion that was started with 4 wheelers. Sometimes pretty bad.

I don't have a problem with them either really, but there is a reason I try to go to places they are prohibited when I want to hunt...

Having to deal with them when I'm hunting isn't anything I care to do.
