Good S&W Gunsmith- East Tennessee

Recommended Posts

Posted

I am looking for a good gunsmith who can "tune" the triggers on a couple of Smith & Wesson revolvers. I need to have the trigger pull weight reduced and as much creep as possible taken out. I need the name of a good gunsmith in East Tennessee (or even Middle Tennessee) that anyone would recommend to do this work.

Any help is appreciated.

Check out Bowen Classic Arms, Louisville, TN. Info below:

Hamilton Bowen, Bowen Classic Arms. email bcacorp@nxs.net , Phone (865) 984-3583.

Website here: + C A T A L O G +

Hamilton and the gunsmiths that work with him are great guys to deal with and can fix or tune any revolver you have (...colt, ruger, smith...). Prices are fair, service is second to none, and the workmanship is as great as it comes. Hamilton has tuned up both colts and smiths for us over the years. We are happy to give him and his guys our highest recommendation.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Leroy

Thanks for the replies. I had Hamilton Bowen put a target trigger on a Ruger Mark II a long time ago and he did a great job. Know of his national reputation with Rugers, just never thought of him for Smith & Wessons. Makes sense he would do equally good work on a S&W.
