For liquor, Buffalo Trace.

For beer, Dogfish Head IPA 90.

FAIL, please refer to instruction in the original post, one and one choice only.

your punishment is that you get to be the coat check girl

Evan Williams bourbon 96 proof and AB Natural Light

FAIL, you can be the janitor

Any top self Tequila with fresh lime juice. If I had to choose just one it would probably be Maestro Anejo although Patron Anjeo is not that bad.

You get Maestro Anejo, it was your choice, no take back or second choices.

(I dunno about anyone else but I find this crap entertaining.)

Strick's drinking the hard stuff. I'll drive myself home

No, Strick Failed, There is a BOLO for him behind the bar, he won't be served.

Well, with the new 'No Drunk Left Behind' legislation, I actually don't fail, I just get to re-test...

No, the mixer has to remain the same. You can't have Red Stag and 7Up one day then have Red Stag and Coke the next. It would confuse the bartenders.

And yep, no limit on how many you can have at the Eternity Bar, Strick will be driving you home. :D

I would have thought the mixer would have to be the regular beverage choice instead of something different, which if I remember right sweet tea was in the lead. If the mixer for the adult beverage were different, it would mean that everyone would have two regular beverages to choose from, which I believe would throw off the entire balance of the island we're all going to.

I thought it was water. Somebody assess.

Hmmm, maybe it was. Haven't checked that thread in a few days. Good thing my adult beverage choice wasn't something to mix with water.

Well that is a valid point and it's well taken, you can drink but you still have to be the coat check girl.

the original beverage thread has no bearing on this adult beverage thread

You are free to have whatever you chose in that thread as well as ONE adult type beverage from this one. but to be clear, for example if you chose Sweet Tea in the other thread you are not forced to have Sweet Tea as your mixer in this thread.

Mike, I'm starting to think you were one of the main designers of Obamacare or at least an ordinary congressman.

In addition to the "dirt."

As long as I get one of my choices, I'll do whatever you want.

If you want me to wear a skirt we may have issues, though...

Just dirt

Nah, I was just kidding, you can drink and you don't have to be the coat check girl . And you are the only FAIL who receives dispensation.

Crown Royal.

I would like to try some of the higher-end bourbon and cognac brands just to see it they're worth the difference.

don't waste your time. they are good, don't get me wrong, not worth the price tags IMO. stick with Crown, you can't go wrong with that smooth wiskey blend.

I've had to study on this and do some soul-searching.

In the Eternity Bar there are no hangovers or sickeness from sweet mixers...I choose top-shelf, tequila-loaded, ice-cold Margaritas.

Hey, this political correctness thing is pretty cool - I failed but still get to move forward as if I passed!

You also have to shave your legs and your butt. He'll get to that after you start drinkin'

Crown royal and high end Bourbon are real different animals. I like Crown, but don't think it stands up to Buffalo trace, Woodford, or my favorite, Bookers.
