Smilies Petition

I hereby start this petition to replace the ":chill:" smilie with the ":up:" smilie on the "favorites" menu.

I for one don't recall seeing the ":chill:" used recently, and think that the ":up:" would be of better use to the frequent residents of TGO. Please vote accordingly.
