I would do many things to own that gun. Man it's beautiful.

Thanks. I can't believe I payed that much for any handgun, but I now wouldn't give it up for anything.

The "sleeper" is one of the most accurate that I have ever owned.

Here's a pic of my new RIA tactical, it might be a little dirty from the range trip yesterday. It's sporting some VZ grips and using some Wilson combat mags, 100 great rounds yesterday with no problems. Best inexpensive gun I ever bought!!! COOP

My next 1911 will either be an RIA or a Springer loaded with a 4" barrel. I haven't had my hands on an RIA yet, but Belshire is on my list of stops.

I would love to have one of the high end guns, but can't see buying one in the near future unless I get hit with an unexpected pile of mad money.

The Alumagrips and Wilson Combat Mainspring Housing/Magwell are thanks to Mrnick. And thanks to Jeff at Hero-Gear for installing the grips for me thanks to those pesky Kimber Grip Screw Bushings.

Willis68, that Wilson Combat is sweet.

If I ever have the money (not looking good right now), I am going to have Jeff at Hero Gear build a bobtail commander for me. The demo gun in that configuration is heaven in the hands. No matter how much I tell them I don't have the money for the thing, it seems that every sales person there finds a way to hand it to me.
