looking scope for a M&P 15-22

I am looking for a decent scope that is a red dot or regular reticle but am leaning more towards a red dot I would like something along the line of a eotech but not an eotech since its going on a 22 my uncle showed me a tasco red dot for 22's and it was pretty nice not the best but for $33 can't complain! does anyone have any more suggestions

have the bushnell Trophy on mine.. weight and appearance of the ACOG on my duty rifle. not bad and holds zero very well. for the money and similar to the EOtech, go w/ the Bushnell Holosite... Same sight, just without the heavy duty hood and seals. great HWS for any gun.

Alot of folks like the Vortex Strikefire, and the new SPARC looks promising.

I have this Truglow red dot on my Ruger SR-22 and love it. I think it's hard to beat for the price:

Log On | TRUGLO, Inc.

Click on red dots and it's the 8360B.

I have the same one on my 15-22 and I'm happy with it. It will co-witness with the factory sights just like it is, no riser needed.
