I would say my damn-it-all-to-hell food choice is BBQ pizza.

Are you referring to Coletta's BBQ pizza? :D

Pizza is the ultimate food. If I can't have that every day (and I darn near do) I'll need burritos or tacos.

Pizza, supreme, not because I like supreme, never order it, but you can pick stuff off, or add it back on and combos of the items to taste.

Homeade biscuits and bologna gravy

Gotta go with Mike. If I had to eat the same thing for the rest of my life, it would have to be a cheeseburger. At least, i've eaten more cheeseburgers than anything else, and never burned out.

What is this bologna gravy of which you speak ?

My friend; bologna gravy is the Holy Grail of 5:00 AM breakfasts before you hit the woods in hunting season.. Just fry several slices of bologna until well browned, remove and add 2 tablelspoons butter let that melt and begin to sizzle, then two tblspns floor and make a roux ( If you in a camp shotguning coffee and trying to get a quick meal together just use equal parts butter and flour ) Once you roux starts to darken add 16 oz whole milk until it starts to boil and thickens. I like my gravy almost thick enough to where you can stick a fork in a bowl of it and the fork remains standing ( perfect for those teeth chattering moments in a stand or under a Walnut tree) Awesome over biscuits or toast or anything else you can think of. Same recipe applies to sausage tenderloin or anykind of meat. Don't forget to add a little salt and a LOT of black pepper. Trust me though the bologna makes a unique taste you won't forget.

OH Yeah if you grew up poor in E Tenn , this was considered fine dining :D
