So how hard are those storms coming through Jackson, Dickson, Clarksville fellas? Worth staying up a bit later than norm to see a good light show or just your run of the mill spring line of T-storms with a few sparks?

I still like watching a good lighting storm on the back porch at night, never get tired of those.

Let us know what your seeing. Memphis seems to be done, how was it Jack??

At least your checking in.

"John has a long mustache"

"The chair is against the wall"

"Turn around so I know if your coming or going"

Want I should run out there and check on the Missus for ya? LOL

:)

McFlurry is doing rounds for me, but thanks!

Right now I'm looking out my hotel window, across the way, at Valley Forge National Battlefield.

Friday, on to Gettysburg.

Spent three days in D.C. Got within 200 yds of POTUS twice. Once during the Easter Egg hunt, and once as he flew over in Marine 1 going to throw out the first pitch at the Nationals game.

Went to Arlington Cemetery and watched the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier yesterday. I thought of the brave men and women who wore/wear the uniform, and how much dignity and honor there is in this country. Then I glanced over the tomb where you can see the rotunda and dome of the capitol building and thought of the total disgrace and blasphemy of the POS's that inhabit that building right now, and what they are doing to this country.

I couldn't decide whether to cry or be enraged. So I dealt with both.

Sorry...didn't mean to derail.

Hope all is safe with the coming of the storm. Oh yeah, and the ones in Mid-TN too.

We got some winds that were around 40 to 60 mph just a few minutes ago. I'm in Louisville, KY though. Rain was coming in sideways. I thought the flags out on the pole were going to rip off. Not a good wind for the big trucks that were getting broadsided with it out on the interstate. No thunder or lightening that I've seen though.

Your doing your boy a great service by showing him those places and what they mean.

You de-rail all you want! There's more than one storm a brewing and we need all the warning we can get.

Roger that.

Looks like you might see something if you are on I40 or just a little above. I don't expect to see anything significant here in Rutherford Co. I will probably stay up and see what happens, gives me a reason to grab a beer.

we just had big rain here, lasted for about 10 minutes, now it is just normal kind of rain.

As long as the weather does not cause my wife to CANCEL her trip I don't care what it does. I am looking forward to a week of peace.

Does she need a buddy to go with her Mike? Mine might be available. She has her shots and is generally a good companion!

(We are both going to hell)

I gotta go back outside so she doesn't read this stuff over my shoulder.

I think she left, I checked Facebook and she has not updated Farmville in a few hours. pretty much a sure sign she is gone.

If you get to Hell first save me a seat near the heat source, I will do the same for you :D
