I make homemade bacon and homemade Taylor Ham Pork Roll. Does anyone here know what that is?

A little tabasco usually perks up the egg, but I usually prefer mine over medium or over-well(fried)...not a big fan of the scrambled.

If I'm scrambling eggs the only thing that goes in is black pepper.

First I fry the bacon then scramble the eggs in the bacon grease. Don't need salt after that. There is no better way to cook eggs.

A restaurant right down the road makes a killer Colorado omelet. She put green chilies, sausage, jalepinos and jack cheese then serves it with homeade green chile sauce. Its freiken awesome

I stole an idea from ihop that's pretty damn tasty.

I cook up a Puckett's bacon cheese burger and throw two over hard eggs on top of meat and cheese. Mayo, lettuce, and tomato to top it off.

Otherwise over easy on biscuits and gravy.
