are the Ruger P345 pistols any good? I have a chance to buy one and I have heard they will not feed hollow point ammo very well. Is this true? This would be my EDC and I want it to work with all kinds of ammo. Let me know if anyone actually has one and can give me an honest review of them.

I had one and it seemed like a good gun but I sold it for a very low price and wished I still had it, the gun seemed big but I could shoot it quite well, ran lots of WWB through it with no issues but never tried HP'S!!!! COOP

I owned one for a while. I liked it. Good ergonomics and built pretty solid. Never had an issue with it.

I had one and had no consistant problems with any one kind of ammo. It was fun to shoot at the range with. The ergos were great. It wasn't that bad to carry with my Crossbreed holster. I sold it for $400 in great condition to buy an EBR. I think it's a good pistol depending on the price you pay for it. I payed $400 OTD for mine. It was Bi-tone with two mags.

it is my carry , and I love it , shoots well and looks great, easy to clean. With the mag loaded it has a very good balance to it. At times I think I can actually feel the springs in it compressing and compensating for the kick. But over all a nice gun.

Would be nice if these took 1911 mags ...really I wish Ruger made a 1911 - I'd buy it. Guess this is the closest thing they have going. It's DA/SA right?

I'd probably still own mine if it took 1911 mags.
