So, I was trying to get some files to show up on my 360 so I can stream them.... It seemed no matter what I tried they would not show up to stream. I went in to the share options and removed everything and then tried to add them back. Now it tells me I do not have permission. I cant go into the folder anymore either. I have an Administrator account. I tried making a new administrator account also.

What is "New Volume D:", a flash drive, cd/dvd drive, removable HD? have you checked to see if sharing is enabled, or if you accidentally activated some security feature? Are any of these files DRMed?

right click on the folder.... go to properties... security tab.... and make sure your user acct has full control or at least read write and modify. May also if you changed user account have to take ownership of the folder again threw the advanced button on that same tab.
