That's certainly odd. Heat generally activates scent-emitting substances. Trash piles, armpits in the sun, etc.. Guess it's back to roses in a spraycan.

I've seen a list on the internet, of links to stories of all the 'disasters' caused by global warming. Some of these are directly contradictory, some are just stooopid (global warming causes both acne and increased prostitution, apparently).

Snake oil salesmen. Give 'em an inch....

I'm about ready to give them about 6 feet of good hemp rope. "global warming causes X" should be prima facie evidence of criminal fraud, punishable by hanging from the nearest tree or lamppost.

Does not Rules for Radicals suggest doing what ever, no matter how outrageous to divert the resources of the opponent?
