Ruger SR9 holster suggestions

Recommended Posts

My dad has a Ruger SR9 and in a few weeks his HCP should arrive. I'm wanting to get him a holster as a "congrats on finally getting your permit". He says he is only going to keep the gun in his car and that he doesn't plan on carrying much :) but hopefully I can change his mind.

Any SR9 owners have a holster they would recommend? I'm wanting to keep in under $60-ish. I'm thinking IWB would be better for a gun that size.

Thanks!

that thing looks like a pancake! Are they actually comfortable?

So far, very much so. You can also trim the leather if you want, and it does not void the warranty. Mine is the cresent, so it will probably carry differently than the pancake. I don't plan to change anything on mine yet.
