Make: Springfield Armory Model: XD-40 Caliber: 40SW This gun was purchased Nov.2009(brand new) by my husband without consulting me. It has only been fired the one time for it's test fire. I don't want any guns around my little ones and that's why I'm selling it.

Unfortunately I know a guy like that. He basically needs his wife's permission to spend some time on his hobby. And she almost always feels the need to tag along, even though his hobby doesn't interest her in the slightest. Hell, if she does something to upset him, he won't even share his feelings out of fear that she will pout for the next month.

Honestly, it probably is. She is selling something that evidently does not have her name on the bill of sale, the background check, etc.. Then again, can you see this dude pressing charges? Ha! I sure wouldn't buy the thing purely out of principal. That's just -ty.

I once heard about a woman who sold her husban's Corvette for a dollar cause she was divorcing him. I wonder if this woman would take a buck for it just to get the evil piece of metal away from her little ones. Than, if the guy doesn't know about it, sell it back to him for a "premium".
