They passed it out of the 1st committee 8-4. Now it goes to the Finance committee before going to the house floor for a vote.

I was at the Nashville TFA meeting last night and Rep. Todd said that it could be in the Senates hands in 2 weeks.

Which is why we, as law abiding permit holders, want to be able to legally carry when we go out to eat. Criminals by definition don't care nor follow the laws.
