Since this seems to be a question that gets asked a lot, here are a few of the links I used for info on converting Saiga's.

I used the step by step from Carolinashooters and it was simple I was done in an hour.

They are very easy.

Once you grind out the three rivets it assembles just like any other AK.

Mine took about an hour and I had to modify the shepards hook because I used a standard AK hook that wasn't ground.

I found this on another forum. A Bump-Fire with 30rd drum.

So one of my buddies ( who obviously has more money than common sense ) decided to build a Saiga 12 ga. This thing has a 30rnd drum with a bump fire stock. It has to be one of the more ridiculous toys I have ever played with.

Dont get me wrong... It was fun as hell shredding some cardboard with it and relatively cheap to run through shells but it is beyond practical.

Thanks for sharing this useful information. Being a gun lover I realy like gun related information. Saiga 12 ga is a nice gun.
