South-Nash newb ;)

Hi my name is Erik, I'm from Brentwood, currently living in south Nashville. I am an eagle scout, and was tought to shoot at a very young age(7) by my grandfather(state trooper) and my father(military school). I attempted to join the military once upon a time(marines) but washed out due to medical issues.(bum shoulder + pushups=FTL) I have many different guns but I've only bought one(inherited many). I recently decided to get some official training to become legal to carry after one of my guns was stolen from one of my parked vehicles. :P I went with CIS's HCP class in Smyrna and am turning in my paperwork this week.(excellent training BTW, Todd) I have been reloading for several years now since my best friend taught me how to use all the dies and stuff I found in my grandfathers shed(mancave). I generally shoot on a friends private range about 30 min. from where I live but am looking at a membership at on target or something like it so I can get more rounds downrange in the winter months.

I have currently-

1 S&W .38 model 36 2" airweight jframe w/exposed hammer

1 S&W .38 model 37 2" airweight jframe w/shrouded hammer

1 S&W .357 4" Magnum (THP Limited 50yr ann.)

1 S&W .32(long) 4" rough shape was my grandmothers purse pistol.

1 H&R SS .38 revolver (classic boat gun)

1 CZ model 27 produced under NAZI occupation(stamped w/reichladers and such)

1 NAA .32 (I believe)derringer

1 S&W 9mm sigma recently bought from a friend who needed money during a rough patch has become my go-to auto due to the loss of the HK.

(stolen :P )1 HK USP .45 was my fathers range gun till he finally found a 1911 that he preferred better

1 Remington 870 12 GA.

1 M16 A1

1 Colt AR-15 early production

2 Remington 700s one in .308 SPS one in 30-06 ADL

1 Winchester lever action 30-06

1 Marlin .22 bolt action.

1 Ruger mini 14 ranch

There are many firearms in the family that may be swapped into/out of the collection at random due to different family members wanting to shoot other family members guns. If you ever see me with a Glock in my hand my brother-in-law has likely recently swiped the AR.:D (he seems to want to make me a glock/XD believer but they just aren't my thing) Other than guns, I'm into Computers(Apple) and European Cars(BMW/Porsche). I am currently a database manager for Vanderbilt Kidney Transplant.

"1 M16 A1"

Perhaps you didn't see it in the rules, but any new member with full auto must host a TGO shoot with said weapon for senior member to fondle/drool over and shoot.

no you don't have to provide all the ammo...only some

:D

just kidding...welcome to the loony bin

I'll likely be there but my latest track build won't be complete by then, I was at the January event hosted by Tracks Unlimited, and I'll likely be at the BMWCCA trackday @ Barber at the end of May. Below are a few of my pics from the past events.
