I was oblivious to the fact he was rude to me, I was more concerned with the fact that I failed to find what I was looking for. However, my mother who went with me, who was going to pay for said shoulder holster as a Christmas present was very observant of his smug attitude and in the parking lot she said to me, don't ever come back here again.

First impressions are everything I guess....

I had a very good experience at Shooters Depot. I was looking for a holster foir an FNP-45. Other than Bladetech, no one else makes one. I was not ready to spend that much, and had heard holsters for the HK full size might work. Chris tried every full size holster they had (which was 5-6) to see what would work. Nothing did. I wound up making a deal on another purchase, and as part of the deal Chris said he would look for another holster for the FNP-45. He could not find anything after a couple weeks, so refunded our agreed difference. I cannot say how pleased I was, not only in the service, but in the followup. And the thing is, I live three hours away. They knew this and still treated me very well. I don't get to Chattanooga often, but I will go to Shooters Depot whenever I do.
