Just joined TGO, made a mistake posting some ammo for sale and got an infraction message. If the site and its members and personell are going to punish us for mistakes as simple as posting in the wrong area than I do not want to be a part of it. Some of us did not grow up playing computer games, some of us had to work in hay and tobacco to get by instead of Daddy giving us a moto to play with. MOLON

Oh wow. Hay and tobacco?! Jeez you qualify for the slave of the lifetime award. You're 43, act like it and quit bitching. Hard work makes you a man, telling people off on the internet, does not.

Welcome to TGO.

It was just a slap on the hand.

If you would take a moment and read the rules that hard working members and mods took to write and inforce you just might find this is one of the better gun fourms out there.

Set back enjoy and get your hands dirty.

Should have read the rules as asked to do when we first join.

It is not so much that you were in the wrong place. Selling things is a perk of being a "Benefactor". That's $20/6 months or $35/year. I have been here a while and have been a Benefactor before but I'm broke for now and I don't have that right for now either.

Relax. We all make mistakes. This is a pretty good place to hang out.

That's a bit harsh don't you think? Why not give him a chance to really screw up.

I'm feeling a bit froggy tonight and tired of whiners on here complaining why they will not be getting benefactor, what we're doing wrong, why they won't be a member, etc.

Take it from an old fart (let's just call it 60's)..ya gotta read the fine print before you sign up for anything. I grew up with cotton, soybeans, corn and hogs, but I still read the rules.

Welcome aboard.

Stick around, Chris. Welcome to TGO, just part of the internet and internet culture. Once you realize what big bucks the mods and administrators here make you'll most definately want to hang around long enough to get one of those jobs. They have to earn their pay and perks somehow so they take it out on newcomers.....

oldogy, who has pitched hay, hoed corn, yeah with a hoe, punched a cow or two, but never worked 'baccy

Easy dude! Unwad those panties and take a deep breath! I think we all work for a living around here. Take your toys and go home, or hold your breath till you turn blue, I really don't care!
