Great rifle with close to zero parts availability. Prices are about $3500 or so now due to the transferable sears that can be had for $3000 or so.

They are as good or better than most nice AR-15 based rifles. The FNC is STANAG mag compatible so AR-15 mags work fine with it. The gun is a short stroke gas piston based design.

Honestly the transferable full auto FNC are one of the better deals in the NFA world (as long as nothing crucial breaks)

:)I own a FNAR10. It is in 308 and shoots great. It has never failed and I have used out to 200 yds at this time. I have had it about 6 months and as soon as it warms up a little I will shoot somemore. I also have owned a FN 57. It was a nice pistol, and did well, but I did not need a pistol that shot like a rifle. Sure shot well.

I also have just aquired an FN45. It is a great gun, came with 3 mags and shoots like I want a pistol to shoot. No failure so far, but I have only ran two mags through.

Hope that helps
