What is a USRA?

I was driving home from FT Jackson today and stopped real quick

at the Outpost Armory. While I was getting a real good case of sticker shock I turned around and noticed this young man all Ninja-ed out.

He had a blue and gold lettered long sleeve t-shirt on that stated:

UNITED STATES RECOVERY AGENT on the back with a gold printed badge on the chest.

Could someone tell me what this is?

No about 23-25 yo, 5'8", 150 lbs and a unkempt beard. I was in uniform and he kept looking at me. So I stared back and he went off toward the clothing. Told the clerk he was outfitting a new guy when asked if he could be helped.

Apparently translates loosely to "sissy."

Should have flinched at him. I would love to have seen his reaction. Then he would be outfitting himself with some new britches!
