When I first saw this video, there was an explanation with it saying that he removed the magazine, but didn't check to see if one was in the chamber - he later died from the GSW.

I'm not surprised... It looked like the bullet probably passed through the stomach, diaphragm, tip of the left lung, and possibly through some part of his heart and/or right lung.

Just not a good area to have a projectile pass through. I'd be willing to bet he didn't last long after the shot was fired.

went back and watched the moment of truth a few more times, that baby gets wacked by recoil.

Who pulls a gun out and shoots a round in the air at a party or whatever he was at?

And gives the gun to a baby like that. He deserved to get shot.
