All places that sell alcohol for off or on premises consumption have that sign. Look in your grocery store near the beer fridge and you'll probably find it. It doesn't apply to HCP holders.

Does that apply to Moe's? They have really good burritos, and you can get a beer with your meal. I leave my Glock at home when I go there.

TN's permit is a CARRY permit b/c it is generally illegal to carry a handgun here without a permit...whether open or concealed. Your permit makes it legal for you to carry however you want to...that's your choice. Now if you openly carry in a business and the owner/mgr sees your gun and doesn't like it...he also has the choice to ask you to cover it up or ask you to leave. Some govt offices may ask you to leave too....even though it may be legal otherwise for you to carry there...like county clerk office...city hall......library. I conceal for that reason b/c I don't want to be asked to leave property. I like low key. I only open carry when going to the woods or to the range...say when I stop and pump gas when headed to the range I don't care if someone sees my gun on my belt..other than that it is concealed.

Thankfully when/if HB3125 passes, the requirment for those ABC signs will be removed from the TCA.
