The good is they look cool. The bad is excessive muzzle flash/noise @ night, openings in slide/barrel which allows dirt and debris in that cannot get in a standard Glock, a slight loss in velocity (I love the 9mm, but let's face it, it needs every ounce of velocity it can get). They cost more, and since there is little to no recoil in a G19 anyways, it is pretty much a useless feature, There is a slight decrease in muzzle rise but I never had any probs staying on target w/my G19. But, IT DOES LOOK REALLY FREEKING COOL. I would def rock one!! Pics please when u get it.

There was a 19c available when I purchased my g19. I left it in the store because I was concerned about the extra noise/flash. I don't think that the g19 needs to be comped. The g19 is already smooth as buttah.
