Finally shot my Bond Arms 45/410

OUCH.......used my self defense load: 45 Long Colt Double Tap with a Winchester Super-X 5shot 000 buck above it.....I can move my hand today but it felt like I was catchin a punch....definitely fun, but akin to shooting a 357mag in a snub nosed j-frame....suprisingly the Super-X hurt worse than the Double Tap....a fun, well built, super reliable BUG, but not a range toy.

Always wondered how much punch those came with. I guess when the adrenaline's flowing, you won't feel much recoil at all.

How's the quality/fit and finish on those?

Jhatmaker....I could definitely handle it with the adrenaline pumpin...and im not a big guy....the fit and finish is very impressive...you definitely know why it costs 4x as much as a Cobra lol.
