I gotta tell ya...that bobbed mainspring housing makes a huge difference in not only the feel of the gun, but also the comfort in carry. I wore it in an IWB holster half of the day yesterday and half of the day today. I hardly noticed it on my side even while driving in my truck. Wow! I am tickled!

I love the Bobtail as well, I had my Nighthawk made with Ed Brown parts and a Bobtail. If you haven't decided what magazines to use, my Kobra Carry loved CMC powermags and Wilson 47DC, nice rifle as well by the way!

Thanks, I was thinking of ordering the Wilsons. It did shock me to pay that kind of money for a weapon and get only one magazine.

I'm pretty pumped about the rife too. Now I have to decide on a scope and mounts. Thinking of getting another SWFA Super Sniper for it like I have on my Savage Model 12 .308.
