Shooting during the week?

Just wondering if anyone in the knoxville area ever goes shooting during the week? I've got my new M&P9c and dying to get out and try it out, but don't really have anyone to go shoot with. Closest range(s) for me would probably be either Norris or the John Sevier range. So if anyone would like to get together and go, let me know.

I try to make it out to Norris every so often but I usually fail. If you want someone good to shoot with PM OhShoot. He'll head out to Norris with you I bet.

I could go shooting on a Monday, but I go to Sevier Indoor Range. I keep reading about this Norris place. Don't know exactly where it is but doesn't seem to far away. May have to check it out...

OhShoot is pretty cool and Norris is really laid back. I think tuesday looks good, I may head up there myself.

You won't have any regrets shooting with OhShoot.

This is all kind of news to me.

I generally try to pop up there once during the week, about noon till whenever.

smopoim86 and I had discussed several days this week, hadn't heard anything back about his final choice.

All that being said, Tuesday looks like may be last decent day for weather this week, so to make things simple, I'll be up there Tues about noon or shortly thereafter, anybody who wants to come is of course more than welcome, as always.

BTW, if I do get to come....Look for the young, short, (I like to say "stocky") guy who looks like he doesn't have a clue, with a single gun...That'll be me...haha.

Haha, For me it would have to be about 3 hours though. It'll take me about an hour to get there, maybe an hour or so to shoot around, then an hour to get back. Maybe i'll get to join you guys, but if not...I'll just have to catch you next time.

Well, Just heard from my dad, and I am going to have to help him on a job tomorrow. So I probably won't be able to make it tomorrow. But hopefully sometime soon we can work something out again and maybe meet a few of you guys. I may even try to get out on Friday(if the weather holds out)..looks like its supposed to be nice out. If anyone would like to try to meet up then, Let me know.

I might be there tues, tough call for me though, need to remove that pos muzzle brake from the ak first and see how it does, that loose POS was getting struck by the bullets as they exited

Appreciate the trigger time on the two HK's smopoim86, those are slick pistolas, even though HK hates us and all.

aj discovered that AKs shoot much straighter when the bullet doesn't bounce off the inside of the flash suppressor on way out!
