Our Grand Opening

Sat. was our G.O. at the restraunt. What a night.

In total we served 330 dinners. Prime Rib, catfish, ribs, pulled pork, ribeyes, lots of chocolate desserts, and lots of other stuff.

A neighbor lent us about 25 folding chairs for wiating and watching the musicians. Pretty much kept them full.

Our State Rep. Ms. Terry Lynne Weaver stopped by. If you don't know her, she formerly toured proffessionally and has some cd's out. She played guitar and sang for almost 3 hours! What a voice.

A few nice bikes during the day and I caught sight of a '56 Chevy at one point.

I think we have a winner.

And just to keep this gun related, on the way to work Sat. morning I stopped in at my LGS. I spotted a Savage 22 semi. rifle with walnut stock. I now have a rimfire plinker.

Wish I could have got the bike out yesterday and made it up there but still have stuff to move in to the house. I will be there at some point here soon.

Stopped by this evening for the missus birthday, and they DO have a winner. Great steak's....great staff....and, the owner's are awesome folks and as friendly as can be!

Now I'm ready to go back Friday for some "all u can eat catfish" and some music!
