I've heard enough about this guy. I've pretty well drawn my own conclusions based on his actions and the way he has expressed himself online.

He's not someone I would want to associate with in person, nor online.

I see very little value in him... if any at all.

I, too, am sick of seeing this guy getting any attention at all. That's what he wants and that's what he is getting. All of the attention just gives him more reason to act like a complete idiot. He is hurting HCP holders image in TN and I am sick of his antics.

Well, it looks like he has found a few like-minded idiots that are cheering him on. I'm gonna say it one more time... I wish he would pull some of his crap in Memphis.

Yes.

And it pains me to be in agreement with him on several principles - but not with how or what he ends up doing.

I think several people agree with him on several of his principles, but anyone with common sense would know that you don't just go out in search of trouble. I'm all for OC, but when it's obvious that your intent with it is to try to draw attention to yourself in order to file lawsuits, then your HCP should be revoked.

In Voldemort's case, that's all that needs to be said. Why hasn't he been adjudicated mentally defective yet?

Well, big picture freedom wise, that could be a slippery slope, too.

We could have a Mentally Defective List to accompany the already existing Suspected Maybe Possibly Or Even If We Just Want to Call Them That Terrorist List.

its my understanding he was carring it in his hand ,is that right? not in a holster but in his hand? how is this NOT just wrong. i think if i see someone coming at me with a gun in his hand, i may not wait till he has a cahnce to rase it to fire. i would possibly feel that my life was in danger as soon as i noticed the fire arm. WHAT A DUMMY!

I'd say he's quite the opposite. I dare say he knows the law better than many here. He has to otherwise his ass would be in prison by now. As far as carrying the revolver in hand, well, the law states you can with that specific pistol in that town. Don't know why, but it does. Doesn't mean he's not bat-**** crazy, but he's got big ones, I'll give him that.

"What should I change the next time I'm confronted?"

Pre-meditated douche.

Wonder when and where the next display of ass-hattery will take place.

Because, according to Belle Meade ordinances, it's the only way you CAN legally carry a firearm there, and not only that, it must be a certain TYPE of firearm.

And since you haven't read up on this, before you ask, the Belle Meade ordinance, (though seldom, if ever enforced) legally supercedes state law.

Saying he's nuts doesn't cut it. I don't know his motivation but I suspect like others around here that it is economic and that 's the wrong reason. He's pushing the wrong buttons and it could cause more than just him the grief. Loose cannon.
